THE 102st EDITION OF THE CARNIVAL OF GENEALOGY IS UP!

Once again the amazing Jasia has put together another edition of the Carnival
of Genealogy at her Creative Gene blog,  namely the 4th Annual IGene Awards
edition:

"This is the award show for genealogy bloggers. This is when we look
back at 2010 and select those posts that appeared on our blogs that
deserve special recognition. It's our chance to highlight blog posts in 5
categories, Best Picture, Best Screen Play, Best Documentary,
Best Biography, and Best Comedy. These are the best of the best!"

19 geneabloggers took part in this edition and you should go right over now
and check them out for some great reading!

Like every CoG edition, this one ends with a call for submissions for the next
one:

"Call for Submissions! The topic for the next edition of the Carnival of
Genealogy will be: Women's History! The COG traditionally honors women
in March each year in conjunction with National Women's History Month
This is the perfect opportunity to write a biography about a woman on your
family tree, research an aspect of history that relates to women, or create a
collage of photos featuring the women in your family. However you choose
to honor women, post it to your blog and submit it to the 103rd COG by
March 1st. International Women's Day is March 8th!

Submit your blog article to the next edition of the
Carnival of Genealogy
using our carnival submission form. Please use a descriptive phrase in the
title of any articles you plan to submit and/or write a brief description/
introduction to your articles in the "comment" box of the blog carnival
submission form. This will give readers an idea of what you've written
about and hopefully interest them in clicking on your link. Past posts and
future hosts can be found on our blog carnival index page."

I'm looking forward to seeing what posts folks come up with for this one!
