EASY FOR YOU TO SAY!

So, you're a genealogist abroad. What language is this and what are
you asking?

"Esgusodwch fi,ydych chi'n gwybodble mae llyfrau ar achau'r tealu?"

UPDATE: Jessica and then Karen Packard Rhodes correctly identified
the language as Welsh. So now, what are you asking someone to help
you find?

Hi Bill,

My guess is that the language is Welsh, but I don't know what it says.

I agree with Jessica. It looks like Welsh, what little I know about the language, but I have no clue as to what is being asked!

My best guess is: "Excuse me, do you have any books on genealogy?"

Translate.google.com was unable to translate the entire sentence, but gave me:

Esgusodwch me, do you gwybodble books on achau'r tealu?

So I am guessing on the blanks.
