Unfortunately, it's only the inventory of his estate and it's a little difficult to read. I did a Google
search to see if I could find a transcription of it and found one in a Learned family genealogy on
Googlebooks. For some reason part of the inventory is an image so I've placed it where it falls
in the text:
His inventory, dated Dec. 7, 1657, amounted to £187 18s 6d. April 6, 1658, administration was granted to widow Mary and her father, Isaac Sternes. Estate was indebted to Widow Learnett £3 per annum during widowhood.
Inventory of the Estate of Isaake Learnett of Chelmsford deceased, the 7th day of the 10th, mo—1657.

To the Widdow Learnett three pounds (per) Annum, during her Widdowhood.
Apprised by James Blood; James Parker; and William Fletcher in the presence of Isaake Stearns, the 18 day of the 10th month, 1657

Mary the relict of the above named, Isaake Learnett deceased & Isaake Stearns her father, appearing before the cort at Chambr 6 (2) mo 58 attested upon oath, that this is a true Inventory of the estate of the said Isaake Learnett deceased, acording to their present knowledge & yt w any more doth appear they will Discover the same so as to be added hereunto. The Court granted them joint power of adm'stration in the sd estate.
